Michael was the Artist in Residence at Sherborne School in the United Kingdom
between January and July 2008. He made several site specific sculptures for the school and worked with the boys on collaborative
sculptures.
Michael returned to Cyprus in December 2007 to work on a new section of
the Great Wall of Lemba which has now received National Monument Status
For the month of August 2007, Michael was the Artist in Residence
at Fundacion Valparaiso in Mojacar, Spain. Michael developed the riverbed site of the Foundation making several site
specific sculptures and stone carvings.
During 2007 Michael had studios in Plymouth in the United Kingdom. Michael
worked on sculptures, paintings and drawings using form, colour and line to create ambiguous space
Michael spent the month of October 2006 working on new work at the Limassol
Studios in Cyprus.
Between 2002 and 2005 Michael had his studios at Cyprus College of Art
in the village of Lemba just outside Paphos, Cyprus. Michael also taught Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate
students at the College. Michael exhibited his work in Paphos, Limassol, Larnaka and in Nicosia. These are the
sculptures from this period.
Between 2002 and 2005 Michael had his studios at Cyprus College of Art

Michael was the Artescape Fellow between 1992 and 1993 and again between
1999 and 2001. He made several site specific sculptures for the Trust and exhibited the work he made in venues
throughout the county of Lincolnshire and beyond.
